  Gosford residents have been complaining to the Council for ten years about a hoarder who has single handedly reduced the value of everyone's property in the surrounding area. The occupant of the site on Manns Street is living in a two caravans, the site is littered with garbage, abandoned vehicles, furniture, old appliances and construction material from an earlier house fire in 2008. The garbage is also outside the property on the nature strip but the Council refuses to do anything about it.

  Lovely place to watch the housos have domestics by the front of the dilapidated buildings in the city centre. I highly recommend Froggys in Gosford!

  Sky-high rates and no services other than garbage pick-up. Zero infrastructure: pitiful roads that under-serve the traffic and are under-maintained, lack of footpaths, drainage is non-existent. Severe lack of parking in the area, and nothing is being done about it. Gosford is a ghost town, except for specialists' offices and two hospitals. Where is the money going??? My guess is into somebody's pocket. There need to be a serious investigation into Council corruption!!!

  The Council will NEVER respond in writing to emails about this property, they don't want to be on record saying they are addressing the problem when they are not.
